Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (GI)

Daily

This class focuses on the foundation of Brazilian jiu jitsu including the belt ranks, actions that demonstrate respect, basic movement and skill, rules, and principles that provide an unwavering fundamental base for growth in the sport.

Adult BJJ (No GI)

Weekly

This class focuses on building more advanced movements and techniques to support advanced knowledge of jiu jitsu, physical fitness, and training for MMA.

Adult Muay Thai/ Kickboxing (Level 2)

Daily

This class is geared toward intermediate to advanced levels of Thai kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing. This class focuses on skill development, and physical conditioning. Solid fundamentals will be taught and enforced, while also pushing students to implement these skills in partner training, pad work, and bag work to build muscle memory, conditioning, and greater physical ability.

Adult Boxing/ Kickboxing (Level 1)

3 Classes Per week

This class focuses on the fundamentals of kickboxing, striking, and physical conditioning for those looking to get in shape with a challenging workout, learn self-defense, or are beginning in the sport of MMA.

Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (GI)

3 Classes Per Week

This class focuses on the foundation of Brazilian jiu jitsu including the belt ranks, actions that demonstrate respect, basic movement and skill, rules, and principles that provide an unwavering fundamental base for growth in the sport.

Youth MMA Striking

1 Class Per Week

This class focuses on the fundamentals of MMA striking and physical conditioning for youth interested in learning how to fight, defend themselves, gain discipline, and a challenging physical workout.

Team Karasu Tengu

Invite Only (Unlimited Membership)

This class/ practice session is by INVITE ONLY. This is a competition team for advanced practitioners of MMA.

Private/ Semi Private Classes

Custom Schedule

Contact Head Coach Walter Cotito to schedule a private or semi private class at a mutually convenient time. Consistent weekly scheduling is preferred.
